We are not a large concern with just a few clean & comfortable rooms to rent for lodgers on a room only basis with all bills & fast Wi-Fi included in the Fair Green, Middleton area just outside the Kings Lynn area of Norfolk & very close to the A47, but not to close. This basically means we supply a single occupancy room & shared kitchen so you can cook & with a nice bathroom to bathe using your own purchased goods. 
We do have a strict no smoking or vaping policy in any part of the premises.
You will be expected to supply your own personal food & cleaning items for yourself & rooms. We do in preference prefer to rent to long term lodgers, but needs must & we also on occasions take on shorter stay lodgers with a minimum of 28 days in the smaller double room only when available, as work in the area can be seasonal. I am classed as a live-in landlord, but apart from greeting you on arrival, you won't see much of me, but know I am close by for any problems.
The new 2023 prices are above the photos & these are fixed for the 2023 period till 6/4/2024.
We would say a car is preferable & we have off-road parking, but there is a 1/2 hour bus service to kings Lynn, Peterborough & Norwich on the A47 a few minutes walk up the road.
